RemEdY
Since STEMMED's inauguration, our service for those with disabilties has centered around our Remedial Education for Youth initiative.
Our impact...
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, inadequate access to recovery services for those with disabilities inspired
the establishment of our own educational service—RemEdY—to address this demand.
Since then, we have served dozens of students with disabilities directly through our personalized learning
plans.
We also provide support to special education professionals (BCBAs, paraeducators, occupational therapists)
in situations where our assistance will benefit individuals with disabilities.
Our process...
Our teaching capabilities span all forms of skills development (motor, soft, technical, etc.), though this
may be limited during virtual sessions.
Similar to all recovery services, our learning plans are responsive to the needs of each individual. These
are identified during our initial screening stage, though we are open to advisement—both parental and
professional.
These principles hold true even if our organization operates as an outsourced agent. Any educational
discretion, however, will remain with the managing authority.
All documentation about our instructive practices can be provided if desired.
